We have successfully finalised on behalf of our Clients, many disputes concerning trade marks, industrial designs and inventions conducted before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO, as well as before Polish common courts and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.

design owned by an office furniture producer.

A large part of our practice is devoted to the provision of services to entities from the cosmetics industry – both local companies and international cosmetics corporations. We manage the portfolio of industrial property rights of a leading Polish cosmetics manufacturer. We won a dispute before all instances concerning a corporate trade mark used for many years on the Polish market for popular products and for export needs.

We have successfully conducted difficult civil law and tax-related proceedings. Among other cases, we went before administrative courts and won a precedential case concerning the taxation of foreign artists in Poland.

We have also successfully represented individuals in disputes with large companies, including former management board members claiming performances they were entitled to. We also assisted one of Polmos companies in successfully finalising a long, drawn-out dispute concerning a top premium vodka brand and a serious tax law dispute.
