Trade marks
We conduct searches of trade mark registrability, file for and obtain protection of national, community and international trade marks, manage trade mark portfolios and develop trade mark strategies, monitor the protection periods and offer a watching service. At the request of our Clients, we draft legal opinions and agreements on the transfer of rights to trade marks as well as licence agreements. We conduct disputes for invalidating or extinguishing trade mark rights before the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO and administrative courts. We represent our Clients in court proceedings involving an infringement of trade mark rights.

Industrial designs
Our offer includes conducting research into industrial designs, applying for and obtaining protection of national and Community industrial designs, monitoring protection periods and a watching service. We draft legal opinions, agreements on the transfer of rights to industrial designs and licence agreements. We provide assistance in litigation proceedings for invalidating rights to industrial designs before the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO and administrative courts. We represent our Clients in litigation involving the infringement of rights arising under the registration of industrial designs.

Inventions, utility models, know-how and rationalisation projects
Our Firm provides analyses of the state of the art, patent purity search, as well as patentability. We file applications for patents in both national and international proceedings, and make submissions before the European Patent Office. We draft legal opinions, agreements on the transfer of rights to inventive projects and licence agreements. We provide comprehensive services in the implementation of rationalisation projects. On behalf of our Clients, we conduct litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts for invalidating patents as well as court proceedings involving patent infringement.

Internet domains
We conduct litigation concerning any violations of law as a result of registering internet domains, in particular by using a  trade mark or business name in the domain name, including proceedings before arbitration courts.

Copyright
We advise our Clients and represent them in any litigation concerning copyright and neighbouring rights, as well as image protection. In addition to conducting litigation, we offer services such as drafting and reviewing the agreements for the transfer of rights or granting licences. We also prepare legal opinions.

We also prepare legal opinions on selected subjects in the area of tax law, laws concerning other public levies and various other issues concerning entities from the public finance sector.
